What are they looking for?

Entrust Care Partnership provides a range of services and activities for disabled children, young people, adults and their families. We support individuals to have equality of access, develop a sense of belonging to the local community, an aspirational and life affirming future. We adopt a yes you can attitude in everything we do looking at how we can achieve success for the child or young person not being held back by societal barriers. We have lived experience and are passionate that our intervention will make a positive difference, we work in partnership with families, professionals and other organisations to meet need and improve outcomes. Most of our Community of Interest seek an ‘ordinary life’ but admit to it being a struggle or fight for appropriate services we are there on that journey which following a diagnosis is often an unexpected path.
