What are they looking for?

Groundswell exists to coalesce and catalyse creative community in Newquay, Cornwall.

Eighteen months old, it is a dynamic CIC characterised by a strong founder/starter personality (me! and with all the strengths challenges this comes with!)

Working at delivery/very grassroots level AND high-level placemaking strategic level.

Making this happen that don’t exist in Newquay – events, festivals, talent-development, socially mindful projects, strategic agitation/advocacy for the role that the creative sector/creativity can play in local placemaking.

No meaningful governance board (only one silent director).
