What are they looking for?

Young people tell us about how traditional structures around them harm not help, and the disproportionate impact this has upon racialised people and those whose identities are marginalised. We work alongside young people and professionals to co-create an alternative future in which socially excluded young people have improved mental health and wellbeing and the power to transform their lives and communities. We co-create agile, anti-oppressive services and transform systems in partnership with young people and their communities. Our team is made up of psychologists, youth workers and those who have lived experience of the challenges the young people we work with face.
With young people employed as part of our team, we have co-developed a variety of pilot services including mental health, residential and social services. We deliver teaching, training and consultancy and continue to co-develop innovative responses to support young people in a way that works for them.
